This is the Division of County Health Related Programs, through the
programs and staff for which it is responsible,provides leadership,
coordination, education and operational programs related to the
provision of health servicesfor the benefit of Milwaukee County
citizens, employees and visitors, especially those most in need in
ourcommunity.The Division develops, implements and evaluates
programs, opportunities and partnerships related to improving or
providing for the health of Milwaukee County citizens and employees.
The Division creates and maintains innovative, high-quality,
community-based services which serve target populations in a
cost-effective/efficient, customer-focused manner through a variety
of partnerships and by utilizing a systematic approach for
serviceintegration and delivery
